Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF)
Medium-density fibreboard (MDF) is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming it into panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is generally denser than plywood. It is made up of separated fibres but can be used as a building material similar in application to plywood.
Manufactured with highly advanced technology from Germany, Fibre Sifter, our machine that carefully discharges foreign impurities such as glue chumps of rubber wood. The rendered final result is refined, delicate and smooth finish that is ideal for the functionality that wished to reveal the material’s section, or application that demands glossy surface for color coating including built-in furniture and interior decoration as well as cornice moldings.
We carry a variety of grades of MDFs, to provide our customer with a greater selection.

Medium Density Fibreboard- High Moisture Resistant (MDF-HMR)
MDF-HMR is made from rubber wood with special resin added to enhance the moisture resistance that is better than general MDF. We use green powder mixed in wood to clearly classify the wood type. It is suitable for areas with high humidity, such as built-in furniture in kitchens, bathrooms.
