Solid surface is a man-made material usually composed of a combination of alumina trihydrate (ATH), acrylic, epoxy or polyester resins and pigments. It is most frequently used for seamless countertop installations.

We have two grades of Solid Surface for our customers to choose from as below.
Luxaface® Modified Acrylic Solid Surface
This type of solid surface is a mixture of polyester and acrylic,using an advanced polymer technology.
It is non-toxic, non-porous, smooth, durable & seamless. Unlike surfaces such as laminate, tile or granite, Luxaface® has no conspicuous grout lines or ridges that would tend to trap dirt and breed germs. It is food grade & suitable for use in the healthcare industries. It can be fabricated as one continuous surface, irrespective of length, width or curvature. It also comes with a 10 years warranty.
It has a wide range of decor selection, and is suitable for everyday use. Our Modified Acrylic Solid Surface is also fully customisable to almost any color and design.
Our Special Solid Surface Series- Alabaster, Translucent, Phosphorescent, Fluorescent etc are made upon request for special purpose/usage.

Luxaface® Full Acrylic Solid Surface
This type of solid surface is fully acrylic based and is more versatile in the design and durability.
With thermoforming capabilities & color stability, Luxaface Acrylic Solid Surface can be “baked” in industrial ovens and curved to create fantastic 3D shapes. It also has a better sheen & scratch resistance. Its ability to withstand household chemicals is also better compared to modified acrylic.
