Chow Choon Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd principal activities are focuses on furniture industry. Its center activities are distribution of furniture panel like MDF, particle board, plywood and its value-added laminated panels, furniture hardware such as drawer slides, concealed hinges etc. and furniture fittings and kitchen accessories. Some builder products like door, door hardware and locksets etc. are also include in its range.
Currently, the business is set to operate in four strategic locations simultaneously; they are Kuala Lumpur, Batu Pahat, Penang, and Kuantan. The company is planning to open more branches in other strategic locations like Johor Bahru, Melaka, Ipoh, Butterworth, Kota Bharu, Kota Kinabalu and Kuching.
BRANCHES
Kuala Lumpur Branch
The operation of this business unit covers the whole of central region. The industry location includes Sg. Buloh, Klang, Jenjarom, Ampang, Serdang, Balakong, Kajang, Puchong and Seremban.
Being the city capital and financial center of the country, Kuala Lumpur remain the center of all business activities. Industry networking, trend, new product development and pioneering of innovation are just few advantages of this locality. Situated at the main entry point of the Eastern Corridor, Kuantan Branch is set to cover the entire East Coast areas. They include Mentakab, Teriang, Ruab, Dungun, Kuala Terengganu, and Kota Bharu selectively. The future expansion plan for East Coast is set to begin from this strategic unit.
The customers based in these territories are relatively small players and are mainly renovation contractors and regional-supply manufacturers. However, the profitability of supplies and payment collections are higher and more predictable.
PROJECT DIVISION
The Project Division solely focuses on large scale developments including high-rise developments, residential townships, shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, retails, etc. for both private and government sectors. Leveraging on its strong and wide technical expertise, the project division will continue to bid and secure new contracts to further enhance its portfolio.
