Fittings & Accessories

We provide our customer with a “ONE STOP” service, offering a wide selection of fittings and accessories for our customer’s convenience:

ABS Edging

ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) edging is used to finish coated wood-based materials such as chipboard, MDF, HDF and lightweight boards. ABS edging is available in a wide range of widths and thicknesses to match our customer’s needs.

Word working Glue

Woodworking glue is the glue commonly used for bonding pieces of wood together in carpentry works.

White Glue

Most woodworkers today use the white wood glue, PVA. This provides a strong and durable joint.

It will glue china, paper, and wood. White glue sets fairly quickly, hardening as the moisture contained evaporates and the glue line becomes transparent. It cures hard in a few hours, though when you are clamping glued pieces together, it’s best to let them set overnight.

Yellow Glue

Aliphatic resin, also known as “carpenter’s glue” and “yellow glue,” is a synthetic adhesive (in this case, an aliphatic compound) with a light yellow color and creamy texture used most frequently to bond together pieces of wood. This glue is mostly used for Formica.

Door Hinge

Hinges are the hardware used to attach a door to its frame, and are the pivot point for opening and closing the door. Whether you are replacing an old door or hanging a new one, hinges are an important part of the structure.

Drawer Slide

Drawer Slides Also known as drawer runners, drawer slides are devices that allow for the horizontal movement of an attached drawer. Drawers are secured to a pair of drawer slides, thus allowing them to slide into and out of the piece of furniture, for users to easily access the objects contained within.

Lockset

A lockset is the hardware and components that make up the locking or latching mechanism that can usually be found on a door or other hinged object but can also include sliding doors and dividers. The components of a lockset can include (but are not limited to) the door handles (commonly both inside and outside), latch bolt, dead bolt, face plate, strike plate, escutcheon, thumbturn, push button, turn button, and other trim. The lockset and associated hardware typically defines a door’s function and how a user could (or could not) access the two adjacent spaces defined by the opening associated with the lockset.

Steel Structure/Metal Bracket

Steel Structures or Metal Brackets are generally used for support and backing of countertops, furniture etc.  to ensure safe usage and lastability.

We offer two options for steel structures/metal brackets:

Option 1:

- Hot Dip Galvanized

Hot dip galvanization is the process of coating a zinc layer on a metal in order to protect that metal from corrosion. We can denote it as HDG. Durable, scratch-resistant coating.

Characteristics of HDG:

  1. Galvanizing is a more expensive process than painting.
  2. Galvanizing is submerged on molten zinc to ensure complete coverage & protection.
  3. Provides cathodic and barrier protection to steel, ensuring longer lasting protection.
  4. Greater hardness and corrosion resistance means less maintenance over time.
  5.  Durable, scratch-resistant coating.

Option 2:

- Spray Paint

Spray paint gives a smooth, even finish on metal surfaces and dries swiftly. Plus, it is reasonable and appropriate to buy from almost any discount, home development, or hardware store. Though spray paint is a good option, you have to be very cautious when utilizing it.

Characteristics of SP:

  • Generally, not resistant to scratching.
  • Our painting process is factory-controlled to ensure complete coverage & protection.
  • Barrier protection only. When scratches occur, corrosion of underlying steel is limited.
  • An enamel top coat will provide longer lasting protection.
  • More cost effective option
