Chow Choon Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd was incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 on March 21, 1995 in the state of Penang. The principal activities are trading and manufacturing of furniture and furnishing materials including fittings, hardware, accessories and some building materials.

The authorized share capital of the Company was RM 5,000,000.00 ordinary shares of RM 1.00 each in which RM 1,500,002.00 ordinary shares of RM 1.00 each issued and fully paid up in 2021.
